Using the bottom gusset template (Frame #4 shown), cut and trim two duplicates.

Clamp the template on front face of frame to be copied.

Mark the notch layout with a pencil.

Cut as indicated.

Label the template to indicate its position eg. 'Chine #4 Front'. Clamp the template on the
opposite side of the frame and mark the notch profile.

Follow the same procedure as outlined previously for the back frame face. Make sure to
label the rear template so you don't get the front and back faces mixed up !!

Project the front and rear face marks to the top and side of the frame.
Verify the marks by measuring both sides from the top of the frame to the horizontal
line and from the frame centerline to the vertical line.

Cut with confidence !!
