Building the Glen-L HOT ROD - Portable Router Table
The plan was to cut most of the frame parts with a router equipped with a top bearing which follows a template screwed to the stock.  Since we didn't have access to a shaper, we built a folding flip-top router table equipped with long runoffs at each end to accomodate large frames up to 7' in length.
